This past Tuesday, October 4th, 2011, Apple held a conference and webcast where the company announced their latest iPhone- the 4S. The company unveiled their newest operating system iOS5 in which the phone will run. The new operating system has over 200 new features, a notification center, a dual core A5 chip, and Siri - the talking operator.
With the release of a new product, that can only mean one thing- a marketing campaign to hook the consumer into buying this new upgraded model. All those tech-savy individuals out there are sure to purchase the newest iPhone, but it will take some convincing to persuade those who have perfectly fine and working older versions to upgrade.
I am sure that within the next few weeks, Apple will release a marketing campaign for the iPhone 4s and I am very curious as to their approach in advertising.
